Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Customers may request a refund only if the document verification process has not yet started. Once document analysis or a verification report has been generated or delivered, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund previous payments.

3. Failed Payments

If payment is successfully charged but the verification cannot be completed due to a technical issue on Veridexa's side, the customer may choose either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A new verification at no additional cost.

4. Refund Request Process

Customers must contact support@veridexa.io and include the following information:

  • Order ID
  • Registered email address
  • Reason for the request

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on the customer's payment provider.
